It is fitted with a LED headlight and brake lights, plus 16" off-road tires, adjustable dual front shocks, dual front drum brakes, rear hydraulic disc brake, electric push-button start, parking brake, and safety tether.

Designed for youth, the Dozer Small Youth Utility ATV's feature a mechanical governor that can limit top speed to 5 MPH, enabling young riders to acquire skill at their own pace. As proficiency increases, the governor may be adjusted to increase power and speed, up to a maximum of 30 MPH.
