Refund policy

INTERNET SALES  ONLY

If up to 30 days of purchasing your product from our Online website or over the phone with a Sales Agent, you decide you don't want it and the machine is still in new unused condition, contact us and we will start a claim. Once approved we will issue a return authorization number and you can send it back. We'll gladly refund your money (less 22% RESTOCKING fee) Machine must be in New and working order. Original Shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for getting the return back to us.

Additional Deductions will be applied on non-working, dirty, missing or damaged merchandise/parts. This return policy does not apply to any product that has been altered, abused, is completely used, has not had proper maintenance or assembly, or is otherwise damaged due to negligence. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all documents and tags included. Shipping expense is not refundable nor reimbursable for any reason. Items will be returned at your expense. The returned item must be insured for full purchase price. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless authorized. Please call 608-216-9521 for a Return Authorization Number and the correct shipping address.

  • This does not apply to Road Legal vehicles. All Sales are Final on Road Legal Machines  

     

  • Returned items are subject handling, restocking and original shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Refunds

All credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days from the date of return for the credit card processor to issue the credit to your issuing bank account/credit card.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any reason. 

Financed Purchases: SALES ARE FINAL

For all Affirm Finance Purchases: Due to the nature of the finance agreement between this finance company and the customer, all Sales are Final. 

Storefront Showroom Purchases
