How long does assembly take?

Most people can complete assembly in 30-90 minutes depending on the vehicle and their mechanical experience. If you're not comfortable with assembly, we recommend having a local mechanic or dealer complete it.

Basic hand tools are typically all you need - wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and pliers. Most vehicles include the necessary tools or hardware. Check your owner's manual for specific requirements.

Can I pay someone to assemble my vehicle?

Yes! Many customers take their vehicles to local mechanics, powersports shops, or small engine repair shops for professional assembly. This typically costs $50-150 depending on the vehicle and location.

Product Information

Are your vehicles street-legal?

Many of our scooters and motorcycles are DOT approved and street-legal. ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts are designed for off-road use only. Check individual product descriptions for street-legal status and registration requirements.

What age are your products suitable for?

We offer products for all ages! Each product listing includes recommended age ranges. Generally: 50-70cc for ages 4-8, 110cc for ages 10+, 125-150cc for ages 12+, and 200cc+ for ages 16 and up. Always supervise young riders.

Do I need a license to ride?

License requirements vary by state and vehicle type. Street-legal scooters and motorcycles typically require a motorcycle license or endorsement. Off-road vehicles don't require licenses but may have age restrictions. Check your local DMV for specific requirements.

What kind of fuel do your vehicles use?

Most of our vehicles use regular unleaded gasoline. 4-stroke engines don't require oil mixing - just fill with gas and check oil separately. 2-stroke engines require a gas/oil mixture (typically 40:1 or 50:1). Check your owner's manual for specifics.

What's the difference between 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines?

2-stroke engines are lighter and simpler but require gas/oil mixing. 4-stroke engines are more fuel-efficient, quieter, and don't require mixing - just regular gas. Most of our products feature reliable 4-stroke engines.

What does automatic vs. manual transmission mean?

Automatic transmission means no clutch or shifting - just twist the throttle and go. Manual transmission requires using a clutch and foot shifter to change gears. Automatics are easier for beginners; manuals provide more control for experienced riders.

Warranties & Returns

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Contact us for specific warranty details on any product.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and faulty parts. They don't cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications. Always read your warranty documentation carefully.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of powersports vehicles, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 2 days of delivery if you have concerns. Vehicles must be unassembled and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Parts & Maintenance

Where can I get replacement parts?

We can help you source replacement parts for any vehicle we sell. Contact our customer service team with your vehicle model and the part you need. Most common parts are readily available.

How often should I perform maintenance?

Regular maintenance is essential! Typical intervals: oil changes every 20-50 hours of use, air filter cleaning every 10-20 hours, chain lubrication every 5-10 hours. Always consult your owner's manual for specific maintenance schedules.

What maintenance is required?

Basic maintenance includes: oil changes, air filter cleaning/replacement, chain lubrication and adjustment, tire pressure checks, brake inspections, and periodic tune-ups. Proper maintenance extends vehicle life and ensures safe operation.

Do you offer maintenance services?

We don't offer direct maintenance services, but we can recommend local mechanics and shops. Most small engine repair shops, powersports dealers, and mechanics can service our vehicles.

Safety & Operation

What safety gear is required?

Always wear appropriate safety gear! For ATVs and dirt bikes: DOT-approved helmet, goggles, gloves, long sleeves, long pants, and boots. For scooters and motorcycles: DOT-approved helmet, eye protection, gloves, jacket, and boots. Safety gear is essential!

Do children need supervision?

Yes! Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult when riding. Never allow children to ride unsupervised. Ensure they wear proper safety gear and understand safe riding practices.

Where can I ride my ATV or dirt bike?

ATVs and dirt bikes are for off-road use only. Ride on private property (with permission), designated off-road trails, OHV areas, and motocross tracks. Always check local regulations and obtain necessary permits. Never ride on public roads.

Can I ride on the street?

Only street-legal, DOT-approved vehicles can be ridden on public roads. These include most of our scooters and motorcycles. ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts are for off-road use only and should never be ridden on public streets.

Registration & Insurance

How do I register my vehicle?

For street-legal vehicles, you'll receive a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO). Take this to your local DMV with proof of insurance and required fees to register. Registration processes vary by state.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance is required in most states for street-legal vehicles. Even for off-road vehicles, insurance is recommended. Contact your insurance provider for coverage options specific to your vehicle type.

What documents will I receive?

You'll receive an MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) for street-legal vehicles, owner's manual, assembly instructions, and warranty documentation. Keep all documents in a safe place.

Specific Vehicle Types

What's the difference between a scooter and a motorcycle?

Scooters typically have smaller wheels, step-through design, under-seat storage, and automatic transmission. Motorcycles have larger wheels, manual transmission, and more power. Both can be street-legal depending on the model.

What's the difference between an ATV and a dirt bike?

ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles) have four wheels and are more stable, making them easier for beginners. Dirt bikes have two wheels and require balance but are more agile. Both are for off-road use only.

What's a go-kart vs. a UTV?

Go-karts are smaller recreational vehicles, often with 1-2 seats, designed for fun and racing. UTVs (Utility Terrain Vehicles) are larger, more powerful, with 2-4+ seats, designed for work and recreation. We offer various go-karts for different ages.

What does "utility ATV" mean?

Utility ATVs are designed for work applications like farming, property maintenance, and hauling. They typically feature cargo racks, towing capability, and durable construction for tough jobs.

Technical Questions

What does "cc" mean?

CC stands for cubic centimeters and measures engine displacement (size). Generally, higher cc means more power: 50cc is beginner-friendly, 110-125cc is youth-sized, 150-250cc is intermediate, and 250cc+ is adult-sized.

What is fuel injection?

Fuel injection is an advanced system that precisely delivers fuel to the engine, providing better performance, improved fuel economy, easier starting, and more reliable operation compared to carbureted engines.

What are disc brakes vs. drum brakes?

Disc brakes provide superior stopping power, better performance in wet conditions, and more consistent braking. Drum brakes are older technology. Most of our vehicles feature reliable disc brakes.

What is a speed limiter?

A speed limiter (or governor) restricts the vehicle's top speed for safety. Many youth vehicles include adjustable speed limiters so parents can gradually increase speed as the rider's skills improve.
