Due to the Extremely High Demand and Limited Inventory our Company has been Pre-Ordering Machines that have a production schedule. In certain cases wait times for Pre-Orders can vary from 1 week to 12 weeks. Our company doesn't send out updates until the shipping container has been received into our first distribution warehouse and machines are available for shipping. Once we receive the unit, it will automatically be set up to ship to you directly, then we will email you, or call you with some tracking information. If we have not contacted you then we don't have a current update for you other then the containers are on the way and we will ship it as soon as they are available. 

Our customers have the option to wait for pre-orders to be filled, cancel the order for a full refund, or if another comparable machine becomes available first, someone from our company may contact you with information to see if a current In stock inventory maybe a viable option, to switch too.


Q9 PowerSports USA supplies Dealerships and Retail Customers with replacement parts from 6 different distribution warehouses located around the country. PowerSports parts are in high demand especially during the riding season. We try to fill all ordered as fast as possible, but on high demand parts there can be up to a 4+ week wait could happen as we wait to restock supply. Also being that we ship from multiple locations it is possible that your order may arrive in different multiple shipments and at different times based on availability.  


Calling will not speed this up, if you are not prepared for a possible wait on high demand Machines/Parts your best bet is to import them yourself
