Are these vehicles legal in my state?
Vehicles sold on this site are legal in most states. Since each state has different state laws and requirement, we do not guarantee all scooters or vehicles sold on our website to be street legal or registerable. Please check with your local DMV for state specific requirements such as registration, age requirements and helmet laws prior to any purchase. California residents require C.A.R.B. approval (California Air Resolution Board) to be legal in the state of California. All sales are final and non-refundable.
How much assembly is required?
Most vehicles are 85% - 95% assembled. We recommend a certified technician assist you with your assembly. However, assemblies are generally quick and easy and can be performed by the average consumer. No mechanical assemblies required. Where can I obtain replacement parts if needed? We stock parts for every item we sell in our warehouse, not all parts guaranteed to be in stock. Part can also be ordered directly from manufacture at any time. Why do we require your billing address if you pay with credit card?
In order to protect our customers and guard against credit card fraud, we only ship credit card orders to the billing address on your credit card. If you must have your order shipped to any other address other than the billing address on your credit card, you may submit your payment by money order / cashier's check or bank wire only.
What states must pay sales tax?
Wisconsin residents are charged 5.5% sales tax.
Is the Q9 powerSports USA website secure?
What kind of security is used? When you are placing an order on the Internet, security is a number one priority. All online transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
If I place an order today, how long will delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from your date of purchase. Transit times takes approximately 7 to 12 business days for delivery depending on how far your delivery address is from our warehouses. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. During holiday seasons, process period may extend, but not limited to 3-5 business days. Transit time during holiday seasons may extend, but not limited to 10-14 business days.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, additional freight charges may apply. Please call our friendly sales staff to obtain your freight costs prior to purchase.
Will I receive a confirmation once my order ships?
We require 1-2 business days to process your order before we obtain your tracking number. Simply call our toll free number and we will provide you, your tracking number, please note, if shipping to a residential address, the freight company will call to set up a delivery.
What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, lost packages and minor shipping damages may occur at times. We strongly encourage all customers to inspect packages prior to signing for them, at delivery. If damage is found, it needs to be documented on the delivery slip from the freight company.
1. Inspect your whole vehicle before signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages present, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement. Failing to do so will void the damage claim.
2. All noted damages must be reported to Q9PowerSports.com via e-mail within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions.
3. Please save original packing material from purchase by the shipping company. Please take pictures of the damaged item(s) include a brief description of damage along with your order name and shipping address and send to (Q9Service@gmail.com) within 3 days of delivery.
4. We will file shipping damage claim and the merchandise will be inspected by a representative from the shipping company.
How can I register my vehicle / do I get a title?
If you wish to register your vehicle, please request your Manufacture's Statement of Origin (aka MSO / Certificate of Origin), from our website: Q9PowerSports.com and choose MSO Product registration from the navigation menu, or simply fill out the product registration form that we sent in the mail and return it to our WI facility. Manufacture Statement of Origin (MSO) request generally requires 5-7 days to process. Each MSO certificate will be accompanied by a Bill of Sale and Invoice for registration purposes. Most companies charge a $45 documentation fee to prepare each MSO certificate, but Q9 PowerSports does this for free. Not all vehicles on our website are street legal or registerable in all 50 states. Each state is different and has different registration requirements. Be sure to check with your local DMV for registration requirements prior to purchase.
Why do you not ship the MSO along with my vehicle?
Anyone who has access to a motor vehicle and a copy of the MSO can legally title and register that vehicle under their name. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking companies, and unfortunately we have experienced lost shipments in the past, we choose to send your MSO via mail after you receive your vehicle safely. We have trained title professionals on staff to process your MSO requests as soon as possible so you can register your vehicle without any delay.
