How We’re Navigating COVID-19
At Q9 Powersports, our commitment is to provide the highest quality powersports products at the most affordable price. As we navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19 and its effects, this commitment remains of the utmost importance to us. Our showroom in Madison, Wisconsin is temporarily closed for sales operations per Governor Evers’ statewide executive order, but we are still here to assist you! We have salespeople and service technicians on staff Tuesday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm Central Time to answer phones, execute local parts sales and provide service and technical support; this includes our service center, which is open during normal business hours.
While COVID-19 has slowed the ability of many manufacturers to import products and make items available for sale, we are working to keep our inventory up-to-date so you know exactly what our stock looks like before placing your order; if you are looking to place an order but have a question about inventory availability - please, give us a call or send us an email and we’d be happy to answer whatever questions you may have.
Our commitment to delivering your order in a safe and expedient manner remains unchanged throughout these challenging times; our order processing time remains unaffected, as does our shipping window. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and shipping time on most orders remains the same, with most deliveries taking place 5-10 business days after your order is placed.
If, for any reason, your order is in jeopardy of being delivered within this window, or if the color/model you are looking for is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options. Even for items temporarily out of stock, we offer the option to backorder at any time - doing so puts you at the top of our priority list, securing the unit and color you are looking for. Once that item becomes available again, your order will be processed and shipped right away.
