Moped purchase
Overall it was a good experience. Minus the gas line being unplugged and the back piece being broken as well as a few scratches, I’m over all pleased with the product . Would recommend to others

Unhappy customer
Terrible I still haven't received my equipment I perceived it back at Memorial day it's about to be Labor Day and not have received an update when it's coming in so I ask for my money back at the beginning of August and I haven't received it yet

3 month still waiting
Have not received the scooter still waiting since May 13th

It received yet
I’m still wait in the two scooters I ordered. I’m disappointed that it is taking so long. I think it has been about 2 months now. At first I was told that I would get the scooters around the end of June. Now I’m being told it will be the middle of August. Not good.

Disappointed, Not With Machine Itself
The item itself is ok. Shipping was a disaster, lots of damage to body parts, good thing I took shipping insurance. Had this almost 3 months and still waiting on replacement parts. Both headlights have burned out, asked customer service about this. If I take it to them to look at, I will have to pay labor of like $100 hr because I had it shipped to me rather than to the store. If I still have trouble when I replace the headlights, and they burn out again, I should call for technical support and they can walk us through things. I keep questioning why the front hits so hard when going over littlest bump, been told this is common.
