So thankful fir the communication. I had ordered from another dealer in June and they never answered my calls for updates. I cancelled my order with them in October and Q9 always kept me up to date.

Disappointed in the owners manual. Leaves a lot to the imagination. Having trouble locating items on the trike. The seat release does not work and I’ve been waiting since I got it to hear from your service department. Owners manual only mentions a fuel shut off valve but what I think is the valve does nit turn. So I wait

Good until starter quit after 750kilometer. Also plastic air cleaner fell apart. Took 3 weeks to get new one way too long.

Very cute and fun looking scooter! Too bad it is made of all cheap plastic parts. Feels like you are driving one of those made for kids riding toys that someone just made larger. Parts all bend and crack way too easy!
